Become a Partner Pharmacy

As a partner pharmacy of PrevCheck, you not only benefit from customers who would like to carry out the PrevCheck, but also from a wide range of tools for digital reporting in the pharmacy, which are continuously being expanded.

How does PrevCheck work?

Customers have 2 options to carry out the PrevCheck:

a) With prior registration and user account on prevcheck.ch

As a customer, you register on prevcheck.ch, complete a questionnaire about lifestyle and medical history, and pay for the PrevCheck via TWINT, Klarna, or credit card. After payment, you receive a booking code by SMS and email and can book an appointment at one of the partner pharmacies using the pharmacy’s existing appointment booking system (online, by phone, or by email).

b) Without registration in the pharmacy (from approx. mid-March 2026)

If registration on prevcheck.ch is not an option, customers can also complete the PrevCheck anonymously at the pharmacy and pay there. In this case, the pharmacy creates a so-called “in-store questionnaire” and asks the customer to complete it either on their own device (shared via QR code or SMS) or on the pharmacy’s device. Once the questionnaire is completed, a booking code is generated, as in the previous case, which can then be handled in exactly the same way.

In both cases above, a booking code is generated that can later be used for the measurements. From the pharmacy’s perspective, the cases differ only in that in the first case (A), the customer comes to the branch with an appointment and booking code and has already paid, whereas in the second case (B), the customer is already in the pharmacy and pays for the PrevCheck on site.

The pharmacy then measures HbA1c, lipids, blood pressure, and weight and enters the values together with the booking code into an online form on prevcheck.ch. After submitting the form, a report can be opened immediately, which serves as the basis for the consultation and can be shared digitally with the customer. During the consultation, the results are explained, priorities for measures are defined, and, if necessary, support is provided directly for their implementation. You should allow approximately 35 minutes for preparation, measurements, and follow-up discussion.

For case A, the pharmacy receives a fixed amount per completed PrevCheck from us at the end of each month; for case B, we receive it from the pharmacy. These contribution payments are, of course, offset against each other in a monthly final statement, so that only one payment is required. Quarterly or semi-annual billing periods are also possible on our side.

What requirements must a pharmacy meet?

Required are a scale, a blood pressure monitor, an analysis device for HbA1c and lipids (e.g. Afinion 2 or Cobas b101), as well as appropriately trained staff for measurements and consultation.
