As a PrevCheck partner pharmacy, you benefit not only from customers who want to complete the PrevCheck, but from an entire ecosystem of digital reporting that is continuously being expanded.
How does PrevCheck work?
From the customer's perspective
As a customer, you register on prevcheck.ch, complete a questionnaire on lifestyle and medical history, and pay for the PrevCheck via TWINT, Klarna, or credit card. After payment, you receive a booking code by SMS and email and can book an appointment at one of the partner pharmacies using the pharmacy’s existing appointment booking system (online, by phone, or by email).
From the pharmacy's perspective
Typically, a customer arrives at the pharmacy with an appointment and a booking code. The pharmacy measures HbA1c, lipids, blood pressure, and weight, and enters the values together with the booking code into an online form on prevcheck.ch. After submitting the form, a report can be opened immediately, serving as the basis for the consultation. The report is also sent to the customer by email at the same time. During the consultation, the results are explained, priorities for actions are defined, and support is provided for implementation if needed. Preparation, measurements, and follow-up take approximately 35 minutes.
At the end of each month, the pharmacy receives a fixed amount from us for each PrevCheck performed.
What requirements must a pharmacy meet?
A scale, a blood pressure monitor, an analysis device for HbA1c and lipids (e.g. Afinion 2 or Cobas b101), and appropriately trained staff for measurements and consultations are required.
What else is included?
Included free of charge for PrevCheck partner pharmacies:
- Individual report generation for long-term blood sugar (HbA1c)
- Individual lipid panel report generation
- Individual blood pressure report generation
- Marketing materials for PrevCheck (A6 flyers, A4 posters, A1 posters)
- PrevCheck pharmacy internal access
- Training online or in person on site (via e-learning portal from Q2 2026)

Becoming a PrevCheck partner pharmacy is free of charge.
